When grading the condition of antiquarian objects knowledgeable collectors and dealers invariably take into account the sheer age of the item they are evaluating. We will do our best to grade and note imperfections in the artifacts as we inspect them. We’re always trying our best to represent each item correctly, accurately, and conservatively. Some items in fair, poor or even reading copy may still be a fascinating or desirable rare artifact.
