Know all ??? by these presents that wereas that I John Osborn of the town of Stanford County of Dutcheys of the State of New York am seized in for as hier at law of Daniel Osborn late of the town of Danvers County of Essex state of Massachusetts. Deceased of certain land hiring in the law county of Essex. No know ye that I the said John Osborn heir made constituted and appointed and by those presents do make constitute and appoint Daniel Osborn of the said town Danvers County of Essex in State of Massachusetts my true and lawful attorney for me and in my name to sell and dispose of the same. Also lately in fee simple for such price or sum of money and to such person or persons as he shall think fit and convenient and also for me and in my name and as my outward deed to sign seal execute and deliver such deeds and conveyances for the absolute sale and disposal thereof or of any part thereof with such ???????? covenants and agreements to be therein contained as my said attorney shall think fit or expedient. I likewise authorize empower and direct my said attorney to dispose of all the personal property belonging to the estate of the said Daniel Osborn decised which maybe borrowing? to me and for me and in my name to ?????? legal demands which I may have to said estate. Whereby ratifying and confirming and all such Deeds conveyances bargains and sales ????? and discharges which shall at anytime hereafter be made by my said attorney touching or concerning the premises. Be it known on the Twenty Six day of February One Thousand and Eight Hundred and Twenty Eight before me Isaac Sutherland one of the Justice of the Peace ??? for the county of Dutchess and State of New York residing in the town of Stanford came John Osborn named in the above letter of attorney and acknowledges the same to be his outward deed in testimony whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal the D Day and year afterward.
